Building History Since 1930

Standing tall as a marker of growth in the early twentieth century, the Water Tower was R.E ARCH & Works Constructions Company's inaugural project. This towering 64-foot structure boasting a capacity of 2,000,000 gallons was a pioneering feat in reinforced concrete construction at the time. It played a crucial role as a storage and pressure facility within the Water Works Department's system.

In 2004, the Water Tower earned its place as a historic monument on the National Register of Historic Places. Today, nestled within the scenic confines of the Park, it stands as a timeless symbol of R.E ARCH & Works Constructions's history and an asset for both residents and visitors alike.
