R.E ARCH & Works Constructions Project Management, a global leader provided project management services and played a
pivotal role in the transformation of Delhi's International Airport
Terminal 1.
Our expertise in construction management proved instrumental in
expanding the airport's capacity, laying the foundation for its evolution into a premier
aviation hub.
R.E ARCH & Works Constructions meticulously spearheaded the expansion of the existing 688,890
square foot terminal to a sprawling 2,077,434 square feet.
This four-fold
increase in built-up area not only facilitated the targeted passenger capacity but also
provided ample space for crucial amenities and modern infrastructure.
The
expansion encompassed extensions to T1 D Departure and T1 C Arrival areas,
seamlessly connecting departure and arrival terminals.
Recognizing the need for holistic development, R.E ARCH & Works Constructions's scope extended
beyond the physical structure of T1. Their contributions included:
